I’m Rachael, a birth and postpartum doula and Integrative Lactation and Feeding Specialist in Winnemucca, Nevada.
Having a baby and becoming a parent is such a powerful, transformative experience. It’s exciting, but it can sometimes be overwhelming (which is totally okay and normal) - that’s where I come in! I believe in your ability to birth and take care of your baby. I’ll be there to encourage you and remind you that you can do this.
Everyone deserves birth and postpartum support, no matter where they live.
Living in a rural community can make it difficult for expecting and new families to get the support they need without traveling for hours. I am dedicated to being the local support Winnemucca families need. My goal is to be there for you at your birth and/or during your fourth trimester the same way your closest friend or family member would, without any judgement or baggage.
