As your postpartum doula, I am here to support YOU, the birthing person, after baby is here. I “parent the parents” while you bond with your baby and settle into life as a new family. I am here to take care of you and help you learn to confidently take care of your baby and ease your transition into parenthood. The weeks following the addition of a new family member are tender and precious, and I am here to non-judgmentally support you while tailoring my support to your family’s needs.
Lactation & Feeding
My goal as an Integrative Lactation and Feeding Specialist is to help you achieve YOUR feeding goals, whether that is breastfeeding/bodyfeeding your baby, formula feeding, combination feeding, or something else. I will help you figure out what works best for you and your family when it comes to feeding your baby.
